CLEVELAND (March 9, 2009) –  Selections from Susan Weber's recent album Monet's Orbit comprise the music soundtrack of a short film by producer and director Shahin Afnan. The short film, entitled Remembrance, was written by Afnan and Patrick McCabe and features notable actresses Sarah and Marion Morton.  Set in Cleveland's Lakeview Cemetery, the project explores themes of life passages and mortality. 
 
Afnan, whose previous work includes 2005's Two Days Til Iraq, which won awards at the New York Short Film Festival, asked Weber to collaborate with her on the music for Remembrance.   Weber worked with engineer Jay Bentoff of Dark Tree Studios in Cleveland to remix several songs from Monet's Orbit for the film.
 
Remembrance, which has been entered in The Cleveland International Film Festival, a Buddhist film festival in Sri Lanka, The Wexner Center and The Spiritual Cinema Circle, can be viewed online at The Internet Movie Database.
