CLEVELAND (February 7, 2010) Susan Weber's video, We can do anything | The Dream On Kids 2009, was released on YouTube this week. Weber was comissioned by Mim Conway, Executive Director of The Dream On Foundation, to document the children’s December '09 holiday party.

The video features the children with their families in a video collage accompanied by the Dream On song. Denise Cunningham-Dogget co-wrote the song with the Dream On Kids. Musician Cerena Magnum plays keyboard in the video.

The foundation’s mission is to assist the Dream On Kids (current 2nd graders) to graduate from high school on time (2020) and to financially support the children in post secondary programs that lead to employment.

Conway and her collaborators organize extracurricular activities that lead to academic success, such as summer camp, tutors, a parent support group, arts and athletic activities. Other objectives are to develop a community of support including the children’s families and school as well as arts organizations and recreation centers.

Plans are underway for Weber to create a promotional video, website and print material for The Dream On Foundation, which is supported by volunteers, grants and donations.
